Its a little different in real estate because you are really working for yourself, you are your own boss basically so your goals are solely your own and you can decide whether or not to achieve them or whether or not to even have goals. Profit and expansion are the two main goals that most successful real estate agents have and work towards. With real estate one crucial thing is to have a solid and growing networking database. Its very important that you are always meeting new people and getting your name and business card out everywhere you go. Profit is very important because that is one main way you can see your success. If you don't make a lot of money that tends to mean you didn't do a good job because you didn't not sell homes which reflects on your business and real estate skills. In rela estate you want to make as MUCH money as possible! That is ultimately the main goal, haha. As important as it is to make your clients and people you're working with happy, if your not making decent money, you're not doing your job good enough!
